We do not store or have access to full card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across the UAE.

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.

Free shipping may apply on orders above AED 500.

Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery for unused and unopened products.

Used or damaged products are not eligible for return.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos.

Replacement or refund will be arranged after verification.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
